What’s the MOQ of your products? Can I have a sample order?
MOQ 100pcs, and first time 1-10 samples for quality test are welcomed.
Does the price include duty?
Usually, the price we quote is EXW + Shipping cost which means that it didn’t include any import duties, taxes. If you want to know FOB or CIF price, please contact our experienced salesman directly.
Can you put my brand name(LOGO) on products?
Yes, of course. OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose.
If you have ready design for your logo, please send it to us and confirm the position of the logo;
If you don’t have the logo design yet, we try to design for you, it’s a free service if you order from us.
What is your product quality? Is there any test before delivery?
Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality according to AQL standard., all products tested one by one before shipment.
Can you accept OEM service?
Yes, we can. The cost will be different from your quantity. More qty, less cost
How is your after-sales service?
